Positive: The hotel is brilliantly located for exploring Copenhagen. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the facilities are great.
Negative: The rooms are very small. We booked a family room for two adults an two kids and the rooms was tiny. We ended up moving to different rooms

Positive: The hotel is extremely clean and modern with fantastic facilities. The pool, sauna and gym are in very good condition (pool could be slightly warmer). We stayed in a double room on the fourth floor which was spacious, clean and very modern with a lovely bathroom and very comfy bed. There was little to no outside noise which was excellent so we had 2 very good night sleeps. Location is very good for Tivoli Gardens & the central station, however it's a bit from from Nyhavn & the little mermaid etc, however not much of an issue as you can hire bikes. All in all, a very good stay and would absolutely recommend it.
Negative: Nothing major, only very small things such as paper cups in the room & no milk for tea. Ideally would've liked a proper mug and milk for drinks. (In the end I asked for milk from downstairs and received it so not the end of the world). Double bed but 2 single quilts, would've preferred a double but again complete personal preference and I'd imagine if we asked for a double we would've got one. Last slight issue was the cleaners came in our room but didn't really do anything, bed wasn't made & room wasn't tidied or towels replaced. They just replenished tea/coffee, we only stayed for 2 nights so not the worst thing but would have been nice.
Summary: Amazing stay and would highly recommend to anyone going to Copenhagen.
